Building Finisterre

I’ve been looking at ways to raise the selling price of our current house and one (amongst many) things we can do is remodel the bathroom.

Well yes, eight years ago. So in the Home Depot today, I saw Travertine and it looked so good. Then after a long brief discussion on the pros and cons of investing even more into this house, I read this and I feel like regular Home Depot can-do-dippy.

So has anyone installed Travertine in a shower and thought it was a good idea?
